The Institute has a participatory and consultative forum for the formulation and implementation of policy. The process of participation and consultation is facilitated by well coordinated set of guidelines for associating non-officials, experts, professionals, concerned persons etc., in the various Committees of the Institute. Guidelines have been evolved for the setting up of various Committees in the Institute at the level of Ministry of E&F as well as the Institute’s level.
